Compassion & Community
Welcome to Sewing School and Community Arts Focused Social Enterprise
What We Do
We're dedicated to promoting creativity and the psychosocial benefits of sewing for everyone in our community.
Partnerships are key to our mission at Wild Stitch Studio. We carefully choose and highly value our partners, as they play a crucial role in our transformative community development. Through sponsorship, partnerships, and donations, we sustain our classes and programs as a not-for-profit, ensuring that we can continue to serve and empower our community.

KINGBOROUGH COUNCIL PARTNERSHIP
Over the past few years Frangipani has collaborated with the Kingborough Council to bring a variety of sewing classes to the community in and around Kingston. This partnership is ongoing with more workshops in the works for 2024.
Our established sewing school in North Hobart is not always accessible to the greater Hobart, so it is important to us to reach a broader community through partnerships such as this. Throughout our partnership we have delivered workshops in Beginner’s Sewing, Visible Mending, Slow Stitching, and a one-off Salvaged Textile Art workshop.
We will be travelling to Kingston again soon, subscribe to our Newsletter and follow us on social media for upcoming classes, or check the Kingborough Council website.
