What We Do
We're dedicated to promoting creativity and the psychosocial benefits of sewing for everyone in our community.
Partnerships are key to our mission at Wild Stitch Studio. We carefully choose and highly value our partners, as they play a crucial role in our transformative community development. Through sponsorship, partnerships, and donations, we sustain our classes and programs as a not-for-profit, ensuring that we can continue to serve and empower our community.

Student Textile Awards @tasqg
Celebrating Our Talented Students
We are overjoyed to announce that our Frangipani students showcased their incredible talent at the @tasqg Tasmanian Quilt Guild Student Textile Awards, winning 1st, 2nd, and 3rd places in both primary and secondary categories
Heidi Alderslade received the prestigious Bernina Award, and Lydia Lowther was honoured with the President's Award. Scroll through our feed to witness the stunning quilts created by our students; their creativity knows no bounds.
Extra special mention to Olive Scott, our smallest quilter, who undertook the remarkable feat of crafting a quilt five times her size. Her dedication and skill were recognised when her Koala Quilt made headlines on Channel 7 news during a Craft Fair feature.
Explore our website to view our students' exceptional work and learn more about our inspiring classes. We are immensely proud of our talented community and can't wait to see what they create next.
